Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required for all services.

The balance must be paid at the start if your appointment in cash.

Payments can be credited depending on cancellation/rescheduling policies.
Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel without penalty, contact us at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 1 week will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Same day cancellations and no-shows will be blocked from booking future services.

There are no refunds for dissatisfaction or completed services.
Rescheduling

To reschedule without penalty, contact us at least 1 week in advance.

Client may reschedule once before a new deposit is required.

Reschedules within 1 week will forfeit the full deposit amount and a new deposit must be paid to book another appointment.
Late Policy

Clients arriving in the studio more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

Delays cut into the service time and incomplete services will not be performed.
Guests & Pets

To ensure a professional and focused environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children, guests, or pets to your appointment.

Service animals or medically required aids are welcome.
